Well, the bad weather, for the most part, stayed away from our fun last weekend as we party-guild brewed a Belgian Golden and a smaller beer.
Here's the setup:

I'm adding the home-inverted sugar to the Golden here. Man, that stuff is a pain to dissolve!
Tim and Sean add some hops. Sean's idea of having both kettles reach a boil at the same time made the session so much easier.

This was a great day. We had a lot of fun and drank a lot of beer. Though I didn't really start until the yeast was pitched, I soon caught up!

Because the return manifold sits below the water level during sparge, a check-valve was added to prevent backflow.
